This workshop will provide delegates with a comprehensive understanding of the background, principles and fundamentals of Lean Six Sigma. Delegates will learn about the roles and responsibilities of organizations and individuals in six sigma projects as well as the project structure and methodology of Lean Six Sigma through presentations, discussion and exercises. 
  • This Lean Six Sigma Awareness Workshop provides a practical overview of the Lean Six Sigma approach.

For the past nine years, Mr. W. Bayani has earned the necessary experiences on how to become effective in resolving issues on 6-Sigma projects, such as: what makes a good project, what are the potential pit falls, coaching and mentoring Black Belts and Green Belts to success. Likewise, he has all the experiences re: practical implementation of 6-Sigma and how to relate it to the participants. In addition to that, he has the knowledge of deploying 6-Sigma within the organization and the necessary leadership behaviors to help cope or deal with any cultural changes that may represent during the introduction of 6-Sigma. These leadership behaviors include Project Management, Change Management and Team Management. He has extensive trainings here and abroad, closed projects and hundreds of Black Belts and Green Belts trained and coached in Asia Pacific Region, such as participants from China, Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam, and the Philippines. He received his certification of 6-Sigma BLACK Belt from Six Sigma Academy and MASTER Black Belt through his employment with Ford Motor Company and is one of the very early Certified Master Black Belt in Philippines. On the other hand, over a period of 14 years, he has variety of experiences in the field of Finance where he worked as a General/Cost Accountant, Tax Professor and currently as Global MBB in back-office of HR process within BPO industry.
